No Expense for the Participant and all Operators are encourage to apply!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Operator Exchange is an annual program run by NEWEA and the six State Associations (like MAWEA). Each year a candidate is selected to participate in a swap with another state. The program includes a two-day tour of several facilities, meals, lodging and knowledge transfer (expenses paid). This exciting program is aimed at the exchange of information and best practices for wastewater treatment to support excellence in operations.
