In accordance CFR Part 503, biosolids pollutant monitoring and management information is summarized in the EPA Biosolids Annual Report and submitted by facilities each year to the EPA. Facilities must use EPA’s NPDES Electronic Reporting Tool for Biosolids – NeT-Biosolids to annually submit these reports. You can no longer mail your reports in. The reports are due February 19 for biosolids data from the previous year.
